All Planning Applications that are newly published, open for comments or pending decisions from the Planning Department for development of sites within Fetcham are indicated by their approximate location on the map below. They are also all listed below the map, along with those applications that have been decided during the past few weeks. For more details of individual listed applications, click on a status flag or reference code link. A further link to MVDC Planning Departments website then provides all currently available details. Once applications are decided, their details may only continue to be displayed on this website for a further 1 month.

Do also submit those concerns directly to the MVDC Planning Office. It is they and the MVDC Development Control Committee that decide upon applications, not us!

  1. HI, Is anyone taking a look at 110 Cobham Road, he has not applied for planning and the ridge height is clearly above the original. the council are refusing to come out and take a look.

      Would your concerns be about application MO/2020/2291 for the single story rear extension Approved on the 1st March?
      I doubt if i would be able to see or judge from the road/footpath myself.
      Has/had the work already progressed to a stage where you believe the approved flat roof height is noticeably being exceeded, or is this about a separate development to the house?
      It would be Building Control (not the MVDC Planning Office) that you might need to contact directly to report your concerns.

    Re 110 Cobham Road
    The planning referred to is Certificate of Lawfulness MO/2020/1401 not the rear single storey extension.
    Now the scaffolding and shrouding has been removed it is clear to that the building work has not been carried out in accordance with the conditions set when the permission was granted.
    The ridge is higher than the original and the materials used are not similar to the original as can be seen from the roof of 112.
