Such sad news. We had the pleasure of knowing Linda for many years. Even though she was a very busy lady she always made time for a hello. Her flower arrangements for the church were always so beautiful. She will be greatly missed I’m sure. Sending our deepest sympathy to all the family.
I felt a huge sadness when I heard of Linda’s passing. Having known her for many years through St Mary’s Church and chatting to her when she was able to take their dog out over the past year our village has lost a hugely kind and caring character.

We only ever met her once, when out walking our dogs to feed the ducks near the walk through near the fire station. We got chatting and Linda offered to help me with building a website. I think this was summer 2019. Unfortunately we never met again. It’s always the good ones that leave us to early...... RIP Linda.

Also bumped into her on the first train from Leatherhead going to London to an early morning Olympic event in 2012 - she was so full of enthusiasm! She always managed time for a short chat even now our children are grown up. Sending condolences to Ed and family.

I am so sad to hear this news. Linda was one of the first people I met when we moved to Fetcham over 30 years ago. She was full of information for a young Mum new to the area. When I last bumped into her in the Village she was excited to be getting a puppy and treated me like a long lost friend. Our thoughts are with her family at this sad time.
I didn’t know Linda but saw her helpful contributions on the local website. Thank you Linda you achieved much in what has been a short lifetime. The photos show a love for others and as a cancer sufferer I know what a difficult illness this is. May her family know the loving support of family friends and may our gracious God be close to those bereaved.
I was so sorry to hear of Linda’s death; she was always a very friendly neighbour and tireless in her work for the flood action group. I’m sure she will be greatly missed by many in the community.
