In common with many GP practices in Surrey, Eastwick Park has recently switched to a new interactive website known as 'FootFall'.
The website allows patients to let the practice know what sort of help they need without having to always go through a receptionist.
For example, you can request a repeat prescription, an appointment with the practice nurse or to see your GP, simply by navigating a series of 'buttons' on the home page of the website.
Initial reaction from many patients has been positive, but Eastwick Park's Patient Participation Group now wants to hear in more detail what you think.
Here is the notice requesting information from the Eastwick Park PPG:
Patients at Eastwick Park Medical Practice will have been notified recently about changes to the practice website.
The new interactive website, ‘Footfall’, has been commissioned on behalf of all practices in the locality. I was originally scheduled to be introduced this autumn, however the Covid-19 pandemic meant that the practice was required to go live as soon as possible; they did so in May.
The feedback on ‘Footfall’ has generally been very positive.
However, the website and it’s content was provided to the practice, and they are constantly reviewing and adapting the way the website works.
The PPG would like to support the practice by collating feedback from patients which will support further improvement and development.
Please send your comments and suggestions to
THIS IS A SECURE AND CONFIDENTIAL SITE AND
ALL DATA IS PROTECTED
Information will be collated and forwarded to the practice anonymously.
This facility will be available up to and including
SATURDAY 4TH JULY 2020
