Membership of the Residents Association is open to all households with a residential address in Fetcham for the modest minimal amount of £2 annual subscription. Membership runs from 1st April to 31st March each year. With a membership of the majority of homes in the village, our aim is being able to encompass all, and we take this opportunity to thank you all for your continued support.
A twice-yearly Newsletter is distrubted, supported by a 'Members Only' quarterly email update which reports local issues, the work of the Executive Committee and also serves to announce the Annual General Meeting and any invited guests or speakers. A valued team of Road Stewards, represent some roads by distributing Newsletters and collecting subscriptions, however we no longer have the resources to collect from all households. Often now seen as an intrusion by residents, our preferred 'Paypal' option is growing in popularity, a simple paperless form of payment which also avoids hand written forms that are often difficult to dicipher and ensures we receive all your details.
HOW TO JOIN AND PAY
To join the Association, simply select your decretionery amount from the payment options drop down box then click the Buy Now Pay Pal link below. You will then have two options; Pay with my Pay Pal Account or Pay using a credit/debit card. You do not have to have a Pay Pal account to use the Pay Pal system. Alternatively you can click here to download the Join and Renew Form and use alternative methods of payment, either using our 'Drop Box' in Symphony Travel in the village, or post to our postal address.
